Updated Shipping and Returns Policies

Below are the current shipping and returns policies. Please read carefully so you have clear expectations on your shipping options and timing, as well as what to do if you'd like to return a handle.

Orders are processed and shipped as fast as possible, same day or next in most cases. Exceptions include Holidays and some days I’ll be out of town for events or hunting. Please reach out with inventory and lead time questions.

USPS Shipping Options include Priority and Express/Overnight options
- First Class (Available March – October only due to delays throughout busy season)

UPS Shipping Options include Ground and all other expedited options for your area.

If you are in a pinch, reach out and I’ll do everything I can to get you fixed up as soon as possible.

All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically as the orders are processed, please check your spam folders. If you didn’t provide your email during the checkout process, best of luck, you should have…

Delays: If you have the tracking number, see that the package shipped on time, and your package is delayed with USPS or UPS… please contact them with your concern before contacting us. At this point, we both have the same information. I do not have a contact person with either organization that can help with delayed packages. “Just be patient” isn’t a great answer but it’s the most appropriate one. In all cases, if your package gets lost in the mail, Grumpy Duck Co. will replace your products at no cost to you.
